I Am Not Deserving

This script is associated with thoughts of not being deserving. Like all our EFT Scripts we finish with positive affirmations.

Thoughts of this nature could be attributed to any number of small events or thoughts. Such as asking for a chocolate bar when at the supermarket at the age of 3 and your mother turns around and says “No, you don’t deserve it”.

There are any number of reasons why you may not feel deserving. These thoughts and feelings can play havoc when you begin looking for a mate, finding the right job, asking for a pay rise etc… You may even have decided that you deserve a pay rise, but if your unconscious mind has a recording which continues to replay “you don’t deserve it”, then you begin to fight an up hill battle.

Before you begin, try to get a gauge at where you are on a scale between 0 and 10 on a suds scale. Simply say this sentence out aloud “I am Deserving “, and see if you can feel any resistance, and use your own intuition to see where you are on the scale.
