What is EFT
I like to say that EFT is the clearing of ones emotional energy system, a type of psychological acupressure.
For 1000’s of years the Chinese have utilized the bodies inbuilt meridian system to perform acupuncture using needles at points along the meridian plane.
The word acupuncture suggests the puncturing of the body using needles, however with EFT you use your own fingers and gently but firmly tap these same points with your finger tips whilst stating the issue to which release is being sort.
In essence EFT is a hands on system where by you balance your energy system yourself using your own fingers.
Is EFT Difficult to Learn ?
EFT would have to be the simplest and easiest of all the Energy Healing Modalities to which I have had the pleasure of using and passing on.
Whilst this is the case, EFT does have a process which needs to be followed in order to accomplish the release being sort, the process itself always remains the same. But it’s so simple people of all ages are learning it every day.
Once an individual learns how to perform EFT, he or she then has a set of skills which can be accessed anywhere at anytime as your fingers always go with you !!!

Is EFT really that Simple?
As a Energy Balancing Tool EFT is an extremely simple process which can be followed by children and adults within minutes of being introduced.
It would be irresponsible of me to state that after a few minutes you will be a Master Eft Practitioner, as this is not the case.
With everything in life the more you apply yourself to a task the easier it becomes, and the more you learn about a subject the more skilled you become on that subject.
But once you pick up the basics of EFT you can certainly use these to assist you throughout the rest of your life.
EFT as a Healing Modality
Today I am proud to say that there are now many great teachers with extensive experience in using EFT on a wide range of subjects.
As the process in general terms remains the same no matter whom is teaching the method to you, these initial skills picked up the first day you begin to use EFT can be applied to any audio or reading material you find yourself using at any time in the future.
I would like to point out that as EFT is a reasonably new modality, being that it is only around 20 years old. EFT was introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being.
The process is continually being refined and enhanced as more and more individuals find there way into the profession.
It is not suggested that the basic formula will ever change, but the words used in the setup and sequence process of EFT are always being scrutinized, as more of us in the profession help more and more individuals overcome and release life long unwanted restricting emotions.
